RETURN POLICY
Changes:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items in perfect condition with no visible wear. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and the need for replacement is not our fault.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us.
Please note:
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:
- Damage caused by an accident
- Poor care
- Normal wear and tear
- Degradation of colors and materials due to solar radiation
Returns or exchanges of products that have been in contact with water will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
If you believe the product you purchased does not meet the initial requirements, you have the option to request a refund.
You can receive a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with your order: You have purchased your products within the last 10 days and want to return them. We will arrange the refund as soon as we receive the items from you.
- The product you purchased is completely inoperative.
- You have not received the product within 60 business days (or 90 business days for international orders).
Please note that refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your account.
